MEGGER BITE5 Battery Tester

The MEGGER BITE5 is a comprehensive battery tester designed to test various battery types including lead acid, NiCD, and lithium-ion batteries.

Functionality:

• Measures and records battery voltage, impedance, and temperature.
• Supports discharge testing, measuring voltage and current throughout the discharge cycle.
• Measures impedance and temperature throughout the discharge cycle.

Battery Impedance Testing:

• Measures cell impedance, cell voltage, and temperature.
• Trend data directly on the unit’s touch screen.
• View individual test trends or trend data for each cell.
• Set thresholds for pass, warning, and fail based on voltage and impedance.
• Record ripple voltage, ripple current, and float current.
• Transfer data via USB or SD card to PowerDB software for custom reports and automated analysis.

Battery Discharge Testing:

• Records voltage, DC current, impedance, and temperature for each cell during the entire discharge test.
• Measure average impedance at the end of the commissioning test for future reference.
• Trend data on the Megger BITE5 touch screen.
• Transfer data to PowerDB software via USB or SD card for custom report generation.
